Practitioner Products
This service has been set up so that you can purchase your "practitioner-only" supplements by mail order. It is not possible to order these products in a regular on-line retail shopping format, but this service enables you to have practitioner products prescribed for you and to obtain your prescribed supplements by either of two methods.
Method 1. (Fax)
Print the order form below and complete it clearly, fax it back to us together with your practitioner's prescription on 1800 650 787. Please ensure that both your phone number and your practitioner’s phone number are included.
Method 2. (Phone)
Phone us on (03) 9670 1346 and speak with one of our qualified practitioners. Our practitioners can make recommendations and fill in an order form for processing at our end. These phone consultations are not intended to replace the role of a thorough private consultation. By their nature, they can only be brief.
Refrigerated items: Most probiotics (e.g. Lactobacillis acidophilus) require refrigeration. We will endeavour to pack such orders late in the day and will pack them with a frozen cool pack. We cannot guarantee that the cold pack will remain cold for their entire time in transit, but are assured by manufacturers that such supplements have a very good tolerance to moderate temperatures for a few days. We cannot take responsibility for delays in postage
Combining with other retail orders: In the event that you are ordering other products simultaneously through our online ordering system and you wish to have all the items posted together, please make a note on the order form quoting your order number, and then phone or email us immediately so that your online purchase is intercepted prior to despatch. In the event of phone ordering, please discuss this with our practitioner at the time of placing the order.
