vitamin b2 (riboflavine) 15mg
vitamin b3 (nicotinamide) 30mg
vitamin b5 (calcium pantothenate) 8mg
vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg
vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin) 10mcg folic acid 150mcg
Contains Sulfites.

THEY DO NOT CONTAIN
Added yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, dairy products or animal-derived products.

DOSE:
Recommended dosage
adults 2 - 3 tablets once a day
children over 6 years 1 tablet once a day
or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Not recommended for children under 6 years.
