Chromium plays a key role in the Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) - a process involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats to energy.

Nutra-Life's Chromium Picolinate 400µg is a well absorbed form of chromium, and is especially beneficial when diets are high in refined carbohydrates (e.g. cakes, biscuits, fried foods, processed foods), as intake of these foods decrease chromium levels in the body.

DOSE:
Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

CAUTION:
Supplementing with chromium may reduce requirement for insulin and oral drugs for diabetes. Consult with your healthcare professional, if you are taking these medications.
Separate chromium supplements and antacid medication by at least 2 hours. Antacid preparations may interfere with chromium absorption.
Corticosteroids may cause an increased requirement for chromium.
