This formulated supplementary food is intended to be used in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet and exercise program to assist with weight loss. It contains all the macro-nutrients (i.e. carbohydrate, protein and fat) and micro- nutrients (i.e. vitamins and minerals) to provide a component of a totally balanced weight loss program.

DOSE:
Add one packet (40g) of FatBlaster Dietary Shake to 200mL of water in blender or shaker and mix until
dissolved. If desired, more or less water may be used. Drink immediately after preparation.
1 – 4 sachets per day may be consumed.
This formulated supplementary food is best taken in between meals or just after exercise.
