DOSE:
Adults: 1-2 tablets 1/2 an hour before each meal. Minimum dosage is two tablets 1/2 an hour breakfast. Optimal dosage is two tablets twenty minutes before meals. Maximum dosage is eight tablets per day. Take tablets with plenty of water. For customers with a sensitive stomach or who are prone to nausea, take a dosage with food.
To be used in conjunction with a sensible exercise and calorie-controlled diet. For healthy weight loss seeking a maximum of one kilo per week is appropriate.
CAUTION:
Guarana contains Caffeine and should be avoided when pregnant during lactation or if suffering from any heart condition or high blood pressure.
