An amino acid that can act as an appetite suppressant. When present in the body, L-Phenylalanine is responsible for the release of the hormone cholecystokinin (CCK). CCK, when released can signal to the brain that we have already eaten. Phenylalanine may also assist in cases of depression, working inside the body as a mood elevator.
INGREDIENTS:
100% free form L-Phenylalanine USP.
DOSE:
Adults: Take 1/2-1 level teaspoon daily
(minimum daily requirement = 16mg/kg body weight)
1 level teaspoon = 2.5g
Place powder in mouth and wash down with water for best results.
