Body Essential silicea is a dietary colloidal preparation of natural silica in which microscopic particles of silica are so finely dispersed in water that a gel is formed. This makes Body Essential silicea uniquely easy to absorb.

DOSE:
As a silica supplement, we recommend taking 1 tablespoonful (15mL) of Body Essential silicea daily diluted in water or juice about 1 hour before or in between meals.
